It's the second quarter of 2002 already. Do you know where your private information is
being sent? Spyware - Is it on your computer? Legitimate spyware, free software and many downloads may actually disclose the fact they will be deriving information from you without your knowledge. It's in that very long End User License Agreement no one reads but everyone agrees to. Full story Learn if you have any spyware on your computer. Hint: Do you use "Gator"?

| Caveat Emptor Have you received a letter from Verisign or another domain registration company asking you to renew your internet domain? Did you notice that company probably wasn't the company who handles your domain names(s)? Verisign's most recent campaign show's up in a plain white envelope with the bold text: "Expiration Notice Reply by April 19, 2002". Upon reading the instructions of the "Domain Name Expiration Notice" one might easily miss number 3, which states: Sign the form to authorize your renewal, transfer and payment. That is the only place on this form which indicates you are transferring your registration to Verisign (there is also small print on the back of the form). Spearhead Multimedia handles the domain renewals for the majority of it's clients. We will be filing complaints regularly to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) on behalf of our clients. You may file your complaint at http://www.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi

| Travel Tip: There has been a substantial increase in lost laptops, PDA's and wireless phones at airports. It seems while people at gate security are putting their shoes back on they walk away without their electronic goodies. A business card or at least a name and company phone number taped to the device might just save you a lot of time and trouble when this happens to you.

| Security - latest threat:
W32.MyLife.C@mm is a mass-mailing worm that emails itself to all email addresses
in the Microsoft Outlook address book and the MSN Messenger contact list. Make sure every computer in your office and at home is receiving weekly
updates of virus definitions. It's the only way to protect yourself against malicious viruses such as
this one.

| Flash™
Is it for your web site? Macromedia Flash™ animation has been long used for high end, high impact web sites. Flash™ is quickly becoming the standard for less "flashy" sites as well. We are involved in converting or updating a number of our clients and will be using Flash animation is just about all of them to some extent. One of our latest creations is for the dispute resolution center, Karl Mediation of Tampa and Gainesville. | Yellow Pages?
The Greater Fort Lauderdale Real Yellow Pages has almost 10% fewer pages (1661
vs. 1496) over last years' edition. More people are going online to find your business ever before.
Is your web site up to date? Is it being submitted to search engines regularly? Is it designed to
attract search engine robots and crawlers?
